Wizards Don't Work

Suddenly yesterday, the wizards and create in design view
to start a new table, form or report no longer work in my
Access 2002. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and they
still do not work. I selected "full installation" so all
add-ins etc would be installed. When you click on
the "create table in design view or with wizard...nothing
happens. HELP
