Wizards fail to start in form design mode

I am trying to add a command button to a form. Generally,
in the past, the act of clicking to add the button to the
form, has started a little wizard to help finish the
desired steps. Now, nothing happens. None of the toolbar
buttons that usually have wizards seem to run.
It is just the button sitting there. I can do some things
manually, so that is OK, but I am not ready to give up
totally on the wizards. Any one who can help me figure
out why this went away? How to get it back?

OK. I am an idiot.
I would have deleteed this, but do not see a way to. I
found the solution. Never mind. . .
