wizards not loading in access 200

When I try to 'get external data' the program hangs with a
message at the botom that it is 'setting up wizards' the
progress meter gets about 3/4's of the way and then just
stops. I don't get any error messages. I have uninstalled,
reinstalled, and repaired with everything set to 'run all
from my computer'.

Any ideas ?
