I'm sorry, "none of the wizards will work," is a little vague.
Nothing happens? Access locks up? You're getting an error message? ???
And what version of Access? People are still actively using the last 5
versions.
As a long shot, without more information, take a look at

Although these articles are written for Access 2000, the material still
applies to 2002 and 2003.
