Taking a wild stab in the dark here...
Make sure you have the latest service releases for Word installed
Make sure you have run Disk Utility and chosen Repair Permissions before
installing the service releases (and afterwards)
Make sure you have the latest updates to OS X installed
Make sure you have the latest version of QuickTime installed.
Having done all that, if a given image won't print, right-click it and
choose Open. Make a small change to the picture (add and remove a space)
then close it. Save the document. Try again.
The act of editing the picture often brings it right: it forces Word to
re-write the code in the document and clean it up a bit.
If you are getting desperate, try saving the document as a web page. Then
re-open the web page version and save again under a new name. The pictures
will have been replaced with GIF or JPEG images, but these may be good
enough to get you out of trouble.
Hope this helps

Over the years I have created many docs with tons of WMF images in OS
9. These docs always printed fine and converted fine to PDF. Now, in
Word for OS X, many of these WMF images do not print or convert to PDF
successfully. Is there anything I can do?
