WMS Idle: OUTLOOK.EXE-Unable To Locate Component.

I just migrate Outlook 2002 from POP to Exchange. After
that, i alwayse get following error message when i launch
Outlook 2002.

"WMS Idle: OUTLOOK.EXE-Unable To Locate Component. This
application has failed to start because OUTEX.DLL was not
found. Re-install the application may fix this problem."

I click OK, email box opens like normal. Anybody knows
what cause this error and how to fix it.
