WMV Artifacts

I've added a WMV to a PowerPoint slide, but when I play it some noise and
artifacts appear along the bottom of the clip. The artifacts are not
apparent when the video is played outside of PowerPoint. Any thoughts?

I've seen this before on some machines and simply covered the very bottom of
the area it occurs in with a no-line rectangle with the same color as the
slide background. I suspect it has something to do with the graphics card -
you can also try your graphics acceleration settings in the Slide Show, Set
up show menu.
