WMV Attachments and Addressee Probs

When I try to open a WMV/WMA attachment in Outlook, I get an error message
saying "Application not found." Now I have Windows media and regularly use
it so I don't know what's causing this. Also, when I send an email to
multiple addressess, I receive a message from my ISP System Administrator
saying "This email has not reached all of its intended recipients" and next
to each address it say "Invalid recipient." I have sent an email to everyone
and they all received it despite the above messages. My ISP say they can't
help.
