wmv problem with Powerpoint 2002

Hello All,
I have created a .wmv file in movie maker and saved it in
various formats, the fles play fine in media player 9 but
the audio (wma & mp3) jitters when played in Powerpoint
2002. URGENT HELP RQUIRED.
