Wnat Shortcut Bar AND Folder List To Appear Together

I have just upgraded to Outlook 2007 from Outlook 2000. In 2000 the Folder
List and the Shortcut "Bar" could be viewed at the same time on the
Navigation Pane. 2007 doesn't appear to have that functionality. How can I
view the Folder List AND the Shortcut Bar at the same time in 2007.

Outlook doesn't support that in 2007. The shortcut bar is no more, it was
replaced by the navigation pane (which was not in Outlook 2000) - there is a
shortcut pane and a folder list pane.
