WNetEnumCachedPasswords could not be located in the dynamic link library MPR.dll

Hi Guys, I've been using my XP with Outlook 2002 for a
couple of months without problems until one day these
messages came out. Since then, I can't sync my PDA with my
Outlook 2002.

"Entry point not found: OUTLOOK.EXE: The procedure entry
point WNetEnumCachedPasswords could not be located in the
dynamic link library MPR.dll."

What's causing this?
