WnFunc+S screen capture function stopped working

Hotkey combination WnFunc + S stopped activating the screen capture tool.
Nothing happens when you activate.
Curiously, when a onenote is the open window, the "insert screen clipping"
drop down menu DOES work.

Still have freeze problem in prior message.

That was it!
Went into options and checked the "add icon to service area" box.
Hotkey screen capture working again.

Patrick Schmid [MVP]

The SideNote icon is the one I was referring to in the system tray. In
ON: Tools, Options, Other, "place OneNote icon in the notification area
of the taskbar". Make sure it is checked. If it is checked, uncheck,
press Ok and recheck it.
The hotkey only works if that icon is there...
