Won't install?

Office 2003 Student & Teacher Edition. When I checked for
updates there were 2. One was a "Critical Update" that
involved a patch to allow Office 2003 to properly work
with projects from previous versions and the other update
was a Junk E-mail Filter update...

Downloaded files, but getting an unsuccessful installation
error... any thoughts?
