won't let me activate trial office 2003

downloaded offiece 2003 trial version. Asks me to activate it but won't
complete activation after 2 secs box pops up saying 'A communication error
has occured. Your request can not be processed at this time. Please try
again in a few minutes.'
When I try again i get the same response.
Please help tried searching the web site for help. Won't let me phone
activate

Hi Janey,

If you're using a firewall/security product check to
see if it's allowing the Office activation product
to access the internet.

Thanks very much for helping. It did eventually work..guess the system must
have been too busy for a couple of hours. At least now I know where to turn
to for help. Thanks once again janey;-)
