wont let user create new appointments...

User double clicks a time in their calendar, nothing happens, goes to file new appointment nothing happens.

Outlook 2003 working in cached mode from an Exchange 2003 server.

If they restart the system it works again but this keeps happening to the same user.

Any help would be appreciated.
