won't print duplicate copies

I CAN'T GET THE PRINTER TO PRINT DUPLICATE COPIES WHEN WORKING IN MICROSOFT
WORD.
IT MJST BE A MICROSOFT PROBLEM BECAUSE IT WILL PRINT MORE THAN ONE COPY WHEN
WORKING IN OTHER PROGRAMS SUCH AS TEXT EDIT.
THIS DID NOT ALWAYS HAPPEN - IT IS A RELATIVELY NEW PROBLEM

DO I NEED TO DOWN LOAD A UPDATE?

PLEASE DON'T SHOUT!

Make sure that Word and OS are fully patched up to date using Microsoft
Update. Check on the Internet support site for your printer manufacturer and
make sure you have the latest printer driver. Then delete and reinstall the
printer. Test again.
