Won't save as web page

I created a Visio 2002 project with custom properties.
When our web master and I attempted to save this project
as HTML - its extremely slow and eventually crashes with
no result. While we have the Visio viewer, the HTML
version in some ways is better. I'd sure appreciate help!

Hi Liesel,

Are you seeing this issue with every Visio drawing that you attempt to save
as a web page, or just this specific drawing?

What are the format and other options you are using when saving the drawing
as a web page? - these are available within the Save as Web page dialog
box - To what location are you saving the drawing: local drive, network
drive, http server? thanks.

I upgraded Visio from 2002 to 200
Opened Visio 2002 project with Visio 2003, converted document to v2003. Worked on it, and then attempted Saved as a Web page and nothing happened.
I re-named document, deleted prvious page web page, etc. Nothing worked.

My Solution
Fortunately I could revert the document after two hours of work-arounds, closing program, opening it, saving, and re-booting, and.... not a great customer experience
Eventually I reverted back to V2002, saved the v2003 doc to V2002 format

Any Ideas?

This sounds like an installation issue. Did you install 2003 side-by-side
with 2002, or did you remove 2002 first?
