Our e-mail won't send to any aol accounts. We are on a server and there are
four computers on our server and none of them will send an e-mail to any aol
accounts. I tried sending it from our service providers website and it went
through just fine. Yet through out outlook it kicks it back with a permanent
error 554.

Hi Brandi,
I had this problem over a year ago, and I'm sorry but I don't remember
exactly what I did to solve it other than doing a google search on "error
554" and I was able to correct the problem.

If AOL is generating the error, there should be more to it -- such as DNS,
HTM, or RTR.

I suspect that you have the wrong outgoing server address or the wrong port
number - that error code usually means "there's no SMTP server here". See
if smtp.aol.com and port 25 works for you.
