Word 03 (Enterprise) update fails

Hi

Every time I try to update Word 03 (Enterprise) to SR3, it fails because it
can't find proret.msi. The file isn't on any of the 3 CDs or on my h/drive.
Even doing the longer installation that shouldn't require CDs doesn't work.
Surely there must be a way for the Enterprise edition to be upgradable to SR3.

In the meantime, Word continually recovers documents so much so that I have
to save every couple of minutes, which is driving me crazee!!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Sarki,

Word 2003 doesn't have an SR-3. Could you verify what version you have and
what updates you're trying to install?

There's an SP-3 for Office 2000 and Office XP applications, and it sounds
like that's what hte installer is trying to install. You can check the
Windows Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs applet to see if you have one of
those still installed, then provide the CD for that program when prompted
for proret.msi.
