Word 03: Form prints track changes, even though it's turned off.

I created a form in Word 2004. Works fine and prints great. At one time
during the creation, I had 'track changes' turned on. I turned it off, saved
the form and sent it to a PC user to test. It works fine, except when it's
printed. The printed version displays the 'track changes'. On the PC, I
turned 'track changes' on, and then off, saved it, and the 'changes'
disappeared, but the form prints small, as if holding the spot for the track
changes.

Turning off Track Changes doesn't remove the changes. You need to *accept*
the changes. Or you can switch to Final view before printing, or, in the
Print dialog, choose Document instead of Document with markup.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, we tried 'accepting changes' too, which did
make the changes go away, but the form prints small, like the changes are
still there. Very odd!
