Word 03 has no left-to-right mark and I've looked! What do I do?

I'm trying to type in Arabic and Persian and I've read all of the directions
to insert a special left-to-right character in the Symbols Section. I want to
write from left-to-right and not from right-to-left. Unfortunately, the
mark/feature is nowhere to be found on the list provided. What do I do? Is
there a way that I can download it? Or am I not looking in the right place? I
have Microsoft 2003. Is it not on this program? Please help asap!!

You need to set up the language settings first. goto
Start>programes>office>microsoft office tools>office language settings. Add
the language you want. You will then get the options in word for
right-to-left & left-to-right
