Try repairing the Office installation through the Windows Control
Panel > Programs and Features dialog. If that doesn't help, see

i am having the same issue.
MS Word 07 started the first two days following the installation of Windows 7.
Today, I installed Photoshop CS4. Windows has failed to open since.

If Adobe Photoshop is like other Adobe Crapoware, then it is likely to have
installed a totally unnecessary and incompatible third party add-in that has
broken Word. Test by starting in Safe Mode. From Start | Ruin (Winkey+R),
type in

winword /a

and press enter. If Word starts OK now, then you need to remove the Adobe
add-in (probably something in the Word Startup folder). But you'll get more
information if you try Adobe Support.
