Word 10.1.4

Just upgraded to Office 10.1.4 on my Mac. Excel and PowerPoint run
just fine but Word doesn't even make it to the splash screen before
"unexpectedly quitting". Have been forced to revert to 10.1.3. I have
tried a variety of things, but Word refuses to do anything. For now, the
10.1.4 upgrade is gone. I am running a PowerBook G4 with OSX 10.2.6
with 640 megs of Ram with Quickeys 2.0, iCal and Microsoft Mouse as
the only startup programs.

Any ideas?
