Hi,
I have a problem opening *.rtf files in Word 2000 that
were created using Works (don't know what version of works
as I didn't create the files). The person who created the
files was putting tables into the document and saving them
as *.rtf files. Works inserts the tables as objects and
Word 2000 can't edit them. When the file is loaded in
Word the table appears and squashed and there are many
lines that are over the top of the text.
Is there any way to use rich text format, while keeping
the tables so that I can open them in Word? The person
has a really old PC and only has Works on it.
