Word 2000 app. will not open

I am having trouble only with MS Word 2000. This app. will
not open. It lock up the computer as soon as the Work logo
come on the screen.
When I press the Ctl, Alt Del to try to clear it. I get
error regarding not enough conventional memory.



So for here is what I have tried.
I have deleted all tmp file and reinstalled Word 2000.

Please help.
