Hi,
in advance: Word 2000 is been bought regularly and updating passes the
genuine advantage check without errors. So i suppose that an illegal
serial number is *not* the reason for the problem (?).
Given:
- Word 2000 with all SPs and updates till today
- Win XP SP2 with all updates till today
Problem:
Some times a day word crashes.
No error message ist given.
No bluescreen.
No dialog box, if document should be saved.
No entries in windows logs for this time of the event.
When word crashes, it happens exactly at the time when any key is pressed.
I have tried:
- de- and reinstalling office
- deleting normal.dot
Any ideas, what could be the reason for the error or what I could check out?
