Word 2000 crashing

the instruction at "0x77f580db" referenced memory
at "0x006e0069". The memory could not be "written".

I get this everytime I open word2000 pro. It crashes all
the time. It is unusable. I uninstalled ,deleted registry
entries, rebooted ,reinstalled into a new location,
installed sr-1 and sp3. SAME THING?? I have no ther idea,
I checked virtual memory and it was cool. If anybody can
help,Thank You.
