Word 2000 drawing changes size in Word XP

I created a business letterhead logo in Word 2000 as a Word drawing. I
recently upgraded to Word XP. I need to change my telephone number in my
logo, but whenever I open the picture in XP to edit it, the picture changes
to about 400% of the original size. The frame size in my document is still
the same, but the picture itself is larger, so it truncates about 3/4 of the
picture/logo. All I am doing is trying to change the text, but whenever I
make any change to it, it goes to a larger size..

Any ideas on how to make the drawing keep its original size?
