Hi
I'm using Word 2000 (with SP3 installed) and trying to use the Envelopes and
Labels option to insert an address from my Outlook contacts list.
I use Outlook 2003 (connected to an Exchange server).
The problem is, when I user the address book icon to select and address from
my contact list I can only see the contacts where I have specified an EMAIL
address.
All the other addresses in the contact list (those without email addresses)
are not listed.
I've had to get round this by inserting some arbitrary address (i.e.
(e-mail address removed)) on each contact where I don't actually know their correct
details.
This is obviously some sort of bug.....why would I be interested in whether
the contact has an email address when all I'm interested in is retrieving
their postal address?
Does anyone know of any way to get round this?
