Word 2000 error Couldn't Load Translation Engine Locator

I recently installed Win XP Prof on my system that was previously win2k. I
reinstalled WORD 2000 and now when I open the program I get the above error
message twice and then "Runtime error '13', Type mismatch.

Anyone know what may have happened?
