Word 2000 error on Windows XP using an HP Pavillon pc?

We can not run Word (2000) on our HP Pavillon pc running Windows XP. After a
few seconds of being open, it errors out. (mod name: hpzntp07.dll).
Any ideas?
We tried deleting the normal.dot file and restarting, that did not solve
anything.

The mod name in the error message suggests a problem with the printer
driver for your HP printer. Try deleting and reinstalling the printer
in Start | Control Panel | Printers.

it worked. I had actually realized just after posting that this had already
been addressed before. Thanks.

Make sure that you have the lastets driver available for the printer. Then
go to Printers and Faxes and delete the printer. Reinstall it (using newer
drivers if available).
