Win 98se. What happened?? One day I was able to open my Word 2000 Pro docs
and now I can't. Now it freezes up when I click on a document. I did
ctl/alt/del and got the white box says "System resources low etc. Close some
programs.....
I know thats not the case but interesting. All other programs work just fine.
One of you people posted a possible fix about Normal.dot template corrupted
but I can't find where it was. I click on the doc properties and then
shortcut for the link but the link is blank. No shortcut path.
I may have exacberated the problem though. I had a word problem years ago (
I forget what) and reinstalled Office 2000 suite and it solved that. I now
removed and re-installed but now I don't think it knows where my documents
are to open if that makes any sense.
Maybe I need some direct questions from you folks to isolate the problem.
