Word 2000 freezes printing from My Docs & attachments

Word 2000 seizes up when trying to print doc loaded from
My Documents and from e-mail attachments (not when loaded
from within Word). Won't respond further and title bar
flashes. Have to Contr/alt/del out.

Please help anybody! Thanks.
