I was reading a description about Works Suite 2003 and
this caught my attention:
"Microsoft Works Suite is an upgrade to Word, Works or any
other word processing program.
To be eligible for Microsoft Works Suite 2003, you must be
a licensed user of any one of the following applications:
Microsoft Works (any version) . Microsoft Word (version
6.0 or later for MS DOS, Windows, or Windows NT
Workstation) . WordPerfect for MS DOS (4.0 - 5.1) .
WordPerfect for Windows (5.1-9) . Any Productivity suites
from Novell or Corel which contain these WordPerfect
versions."
I am looking for an upgrade to my word 2000 which came
from Office 2000 Professional, and Word XP is for me.
Does that mean works suite will count as an upgrade to
word 2000? I wish it did because my copy of office 2000
has a bunch of clipart I want to keep, yet upgrade to word
XP.
