Word 2000 Graph error when opened in 2003

I created a MSGraph in a Word 2000 document (OS Windows 2000). When I open
the document in Word 2003 (OS Windows XP), the graph shows up with "ERROR"
above the graph.
Is this a bug, or any suggestions?
