Word 2000 Has Experienced An Error:

I just installed word 2000 onto my new computer which has WinXP. It loads
okay, but when I start typing, it stops and shows an error, stating that
Word has experienced a problem and has to close. The details show the
following:
AppName: winword.exe
AppVer: 9.0.0.8943
ModName: HPZPM309.DLL
ModVer: 2.239.0.0
Offset: 000355f3

Any help would certainly be appreciated.

I believe that is related to your printer. Try looking for a newer printer
driver.

Thanks JoAnn. I d/l a driver and installed it. After trying a lot of
other stuff, I d/l another driver and installed it, which I believe has
cleared up the problem. Thanks for your advice.
