Word 2000 Headers not showing up in Word 2002

Hi,

We have a bunch of documents here that were created in Word 2000 with
headers and footers on each page. When opened on any system here with
Word 2000 they look just fine. If you open any of those docs on any
system with Word 2002, the footers show up fine, but the headers are
nowhere to be seen. If I double click on a footer to modify it, then
click the button to switch between headers and footers, the document
will scroll up to where the header should be, but there is nothing
there - and it won't let me modify as if it were blank either.

Any ideas?
