I have one user with WinXP Pro Jap version and with it is
Office 2000 Home Japanese also.
The problem only occur in MS Word (not in Excel, PPoint)
when you type and when the Word is about to translate the
Character English to Japanese language the word hangs and
closing it causes the END Task dialog box appear and it
says it has a application dump.
It is very much difficult to trace the problem if you
cannot at the first place understand the language (i'm a
pure English only).
Can you help with this one and can you recommend sites or
other idea that can help me.
note: I have downloaded and installed all the patches for
both os and office 2000 japanese.
