Word 2000 JPEG Turned Upside Down in Word 2003

[Bharat]

I have a Word 2000 Document, which has Company logo
embedded in JPEG Format. If I open the same Document in
Word 2003, the logo/JPEG turns upside down.

Any Solution? I tried to Setting "Drawing Picture",
Clearing "Picture Placeholder" on Tools/Options/View menu.

I appreciate your response!
