Word 2000 Keep graphic and caption together with text wrap

How do you keep the autonumber caption with a graphic and
still cross reference the figure number in the text? The
text must wrap on one side of the graphic. If it's in a
text box, the figure caption doesn't show in the cross
reference box or the list of figures. I've tried
converting the text box to a frame but then can't group
the frame with the graphic to keep the two together. Does
anyone know the magic trick? Does XP have a better handle
for this? Thanks.

Include the caption and graphic in the same frame.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not sure how to get both in
the same frame tho as I don't have much experience with
frames.

Insert the graphic In Line with Text and create the caption as an ordinary
text paragraph. Then select both graphic and caption and click the Insert
Frame button on the Forms toolbar. Use Format | Borders and Shading (or the
Borders toolbar button) to remove the border.
