Hello,
We have an application called "PCDocs" that runs along with MS Word. When you try to open a file from word, it opens PCDocs to let you open the file from there. Once you have the file open and you close word by click on the "X", winword.exe remains open in the background taking 100% of the CPU. The OS's are win2k, winxp and win98. Version of word is 2000 and xp.
I would like to write a macro that will check if winword.exe is still open after closing word, and if it is, end the task.
Is this possible? How should I go about this?
Thanks,
JB
