Word 2000 Mail Merge Toolbar

There should be two buttons under "Tools" that relate to
mail merge: "Merge Documents" and "Mail Merge"

The Mail Merge button has disappeared. How to bring it
back?

and have not resolved the issue. The only thing I did
differently was to select a couple of updates from the MS
site. If you find a solution please let me know at
