Hello

I would like to have the Menus be FULL at all times...

I have clicked on Tools|Customize to find that I can click on the "Show full
menus after a short delay"

Is there anyway to have them full with out a delay?

This newsgroup has ALWAYS been right-on

Removing the tick by "Show full menus after a short delay" and the tick by
"Menus show recently used commands first" does it for me.

Have you tried this? It's taken from Word's help. Perhaps you should do it
for each of the menus.

Reset a built-in menu
---------------------
Show the toolbar that contains the menu you want to restore to its original
settings.
On the Tools menu, click Customize.
Leave the Customize dialog box open (you might need to move it out of the
way), and right-click the menu you want to restore on the toolbar. Then,
click Reset on the shortcut menu.
Note To clear the menu settings that Microsoft Word automatically saves
when you choose menu commands, click the Reset my usage data button (Tools
menu, Customize command, Options tab). This button resets the menu commands
shown on the short version of built-in menus only if the Menus show recently
used commands first check box is selected. The Reset my usage data button
does not remove any commands you've added by using the Customize dialog box
and does not add commands you've deleted.
