Word 2000 only pages up/down half a screen at a time

When I press the Page-Up and Page-Down keys, the screen only moves up/
down half a screen at a time. This only happens on Word 2000 (not
2003). Is there a setting to make Word 2000 page up/down full screens
of text at a time?
