Word 2000 part of Office 2000 cant start up

I may have caused the problem, I saw all the Temp files in my documents and
thought why don't I create a temp folder, and move these files there. I
don't remember if I tried word after that.

Now, when I open word, I just get "Microsoft Word for windows has
encountered a problem and needs to close".
I have uninstalled MS Office, and reinstalled without success. All other
parts of Office work fine.

I placed the temp files back in My Documents and that has not solved the
problem.
I also have under install of office, ran the "Repair office" without
success.
