After inserting an Adobe Acrobat 7 document into a Word 2000 document on Win
XP Pro, the name of the file is shown, but not the PDF icon. We're using
<Insert><Object><Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Document>, and ticking the <display as
icon> checkbox. The same problem occurs on all PCs. Is this a known problem,
and is there a work-around?
