jpg image files from HP ScanJet 5300C (used 256 color)
inserted into Word 2000 print pink and black when printed
from Word 2000. Actual image is black and light green.
Word show correct colors on monitor.

Moved Word 2000 file to network PC with Word XP and opened
it. Saved as Word XP file. Printed on same hpdesktop 960c
printer that was attached to PC with Word 2000 on it.
Image colors are correct!

Similar file and images created on Word 97 before Word
2000 installed did not have the problem. Also did not have
problem when the 6 month old file was opened with Word
2000 and printed to same printer.

Hi Dennis,

There could be a problem with the printer driver,
its ink supply or the Windows ICM color matching
properties.

What happens to the graphics if you use
File=>Web Page Preview. Are the graphics correctly
colored in the web page and if you print to that
same printer from that browser page?
