word 2000 problem

Hi,

One of our users here is using Word 2000 and then tries to
send it as an e-mail attachment. Instead of opening
Outlook 2000 it opens Eudora. We have tried deleteing
Eudora off of her system but it keeps looking for Eudora.
How can I change this?

Tahnks for any help that you can provide.
