Word 2000, sp3 and envelope #10 font

After I installed office 2000 sp3, on an XP workstation, we can no longer
print #10 envelopes correctly from a document.

It prints but the address prints out in a super large font regardless of
default settings or other font attributes that we apply.

We tried this on a different computer with Office 2000 sp1 and it
works fine.

-any thoughts or guidance is welcomed

What happens if you change the font to Envelope Address Style?
