on my top tool line ie file edit view etc,my tools option
will not activate all other buttons have a drop down menu
but not tools, any help out there

I'm having a similar problem where everthing to the left
of the Tools option drops down fine, but if I hover over
Tools or anything to the left, nothing drops down and I
get an exception error and it closes. I'm running MS Win
XP. I've installed through to SP2 and I've installed
through SR3 for MS Office 2000 Professional. HELP!
